Squirrels are everywhere. They’re digging up my gardens, and everyone’s lawns. In this city, where they lack any real predators (foxes, owls, raptors), they are absurdly abundant. I attempted to plant seeds in my front yard for trees next year, but those are all gone.

In this case, a yard cat is an excellent squirrel deterrent. The squirrel cries throughout the day can be something of a nuisance.
