For some unknown reason, the city smells like animal manure, or treated mulch. I can only guess this is due to rain runoff since it’s the season for mulching.

Although the city built a creek to handle rain runoff and keep the city from flooding, it does not address the issue that flash floods are a consequence of current city design paterns.
